Yes, I see they work for Stripe Checkout, Payment Links, and customer portal, but I was curious if they work for the emails and hosted pages for invoices
Or do we need to set up Stripe Checkout + Payment Links in order to have a similar experience with a custom domain?

Yeah I'm not seeing anyway to have our hosted invoice page use the custom domain. It does look like maybe others have requested this in the past however. I can +1 on the feedback requesting this.
