A bit more information: we are using our salesforce and a flow to create the account (so far: UA2 and Express account) and then send an email including the KYC link.

So UA2 is an account configuration that's available privately (not publicly documented). You'll need to reach out to support for help on this. My very limited understanding of that account type is that the platform always pays the fees. There may be a way around it though idk. Recommend talking with our support team
