๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1415257577331097611

๐Ÿ“ Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. This one, right? in_1RlMhmA5BZ3mzPMymM7fGQht

Yes

vernal quail
#

Yeah it was definitely because of the paused 'void' behaviour. I'm looking at the internal logs that triggered the voiding

#

Trying to understand why it occured ~3 days after the pause

rugged veldt
#

actually the pause is triggered by my system but I am pretty sure that existing invoices aren't voided when the subscription is paused. It only affects the new one. Atleast that's what we have been seeing until now

vernal quail
#

That's not the case in this specific example. It's definitely voided because of the pause

Do you have other examples where it differs?

rugged veldt
#

not handy at the moment but I can try to find them

vernal quail
#

I think an example of where it behaves differently would be beneficial here as everything indicates that the example was voided because of the pause, and I'm unclear what is expected

Check this subscription - sub_1RCAlXA5BZ3mzPMyLOEo2iVD and this is the invoice associated with the subscription that wasn't paused - in_1RN34CA5BZ3mzPMyZvDBaOPd

#

this invoice was generated on May 10 and the subscription was paused in June

#

i have to step out now, can you share your findings in the thread ๐Ÿ™ , I will go through it

I think it's best if we take this async so we can investigate this fully. Would you mind writing in to our team?
