Any reason you are using the Payment Request Button over Express Checkout Element? PRB is considered deprecated.

Also regarding Apple Pay can you confirm you have a real card attached to your devices Apple Wallet?

A link to the documentation you are following and a code example for your integration would also help me spot some of the issues.

It's worth looking here to see if PayPal or Apple Pay are rendering on this test page. If not the issue is likely a configuration problem with your test device and not your integration.
