it sounds like you're using the woocommerce plugin for this right?

if so it's typically best to reach out to them directly as we don't maintain the plugin and don't know much about its behavior

yea that is correct nothing has change on the plugin at recently so I was wondering if there on the something on the stripe side.

hmm yeah, it says it's timing out but that could be due to any number of things

#

without more specifific details about what the plugin is doing there's not much we can do from our side, so i would start by asking woocommerce even if it doesn't look like anything changed
