I see you're saving these on the Connected Accounts. Where exactly are you checking the fingerprint?
For context: Fingerprints are unique per account. So fingerprints may be different for the same account on two different Connected Accounts.
If you retrieve these payment methods using Platform API key, what response are you seeing?
I'm comparing these two payment methods fingerprints that were created on that connected account
I'm seeing normal responses when I fetch them
Can you share the PaymentMethod IDs pm_xxx for both?
Oh actually, I see different routing numbers for both
that's prob why it's generating diff fingerprint

Could be, not sure. I've not seen similar issue with a bank before.
