we've gone through this yesterday and I explained what to do to activate the new subscription for that customer...
where are you still blocked?
Basically, I plan to void any invoices if the subscription gets cancelled. When the subscription is cancelled, we receive a deleted webhook.
For the above subscription, I do not see any logs that show the subscription got cancelled but the status is cancelled. I am trying to find out how it did?

if you're trying to see the request log, then you won't find it since this is an internal automatic subscription deletion based on the settings in your account
