You can only reveal a live mode secret or restricted API key one time. If you lose it, you can’t retrieve it from the Dashboard. In that case, rotate it or delete it and create a new one.
Is this in live mode or Sandbox?

Yes, this is expected. You can only reveal live mode key once
You can't reveal for the second time
The only way is to create a new one and migrate your integration to the new key
