For that request you shared it looks like a source object is still being used, which is no longer supported. These need to be migrated to PaymentMethods, see: https://support.stripe.com/questions/reusable-object-migration-from-sources-to-payment-intents for how to do that.
Or is the error you shared occurring when you attempt to run that migration?
