I need to get some information on where Stripe is hosted, what SSO you guys integrate with, and what authentication you use for users so I can stand up Stripe in our environment
you don't need any of these information
to integrate with Stripe
I need this information because we are a Government agency and I have to have it in order to get security to approve the integration
we don't use SSO
ok, I can work around that.
and from a payments perspective what you need to know is that we're PCI compliant
so integrating with us is safe
and meets the security expectations you need
if you're already in contact with a sales person please let them know that they should be gathering this information for you instead of sending you directly to support
it's their job to provide you with that information
our job here is to help you integrate with Stripe on the implementation level if needed
ok, ill work with them. thanks for your time
please don't get me wrong
I'm not sending you away
I'm just trying to setup expectations
no, I totally get it haha sales should handle this, they have been so dismissive and just said go to the discord and they will handle it
as part of the pre-sales process we already have docs (that we here on the channel don't have access to) that would provide you with the necessary information
would you mind me asking who?
I can DM you
it's better to discuss this in private
you need to first accept the friend request
