is your question about a missing payment_intent field on an Invoice? if so, I can help with this.
if your question is about activating SEPA Direct Debit, then you need to talk to Stripe Support.
okay i understand! but is there like an email adress i can mail stripe at or a phone number so i can call someone cause the assistance field is not bringing me where i need to get cause its only redirecting me to artikles...

no sorry. but you should be able to reach out to a Stripe Support employee by using the Assistant on the page I linked earlier (https://support.stripe.com/contact)
okay is there something special i need to ask? cause whatever i type its always sending back artikles that are not the problem i have the problem needs to be solved by an employee
its this: "Due to account restrictions, you cannot currently use SEPA Direct Debit. Please contact support or check your account status to continue." this needs to be accepted by an employee who can enable this for me
I don't know, sorry. but make sure you are logged in your Stripe account when you talk to the Assistant.
