In our platform, users can send tips via card to tip receivers, and tip receivers can only receive tips, not send. Our platform collects a small fee/cut from each tip.”

from where i can get this Id ?
You can look in the Stripe Dashboard -> Workbench -> logs. If you give me the account ID I can also look for a request, too.

It is not possible to create UAE connected accounts where the platform is liable when the connected account can't pay back their losses??
Currently it is not possible for platforms in UAE to create custom connected accounts where the platform is loss-liable.

Our platform is a digital tipping system based in the UAE. Users on the platform are divided into:
Tip Receivers: Can only receive tips; they cannot send tips.
Tip Givers: Can tip using their cards.
Whenever a tip is made, the platform collects a small fee from the transaction and transfers the remaining amount to the tip recipient.
But we do have a beta preview feature you might qualify for. I can send you a DM that gives you instructions on how to create a support case. Once I receive the case, I can forward it to the appropriate team for that feature. Does that sound good to you?

When creating a custom connected account, you should be able to set loss liablity to "Stripe".
