Sorry what do you mean by you need update?
We have entered the API Key which starts with sklive. This is the option that is coming there
I will need more details on what is the issue exactly. Where did you enter the live key and what option is showing where?
here putted API keys
Then after getting this error when we doing payment
Want to make a credit card payment using Stripe from a third-party website
hope you understanding now
I am looking into it now.
The screenshot is asking for your Google Maps API key. It isn't related to Stripe's API key. I can't comment further on this because we don't know much about the third-party website.
Regarding the second screenshot error, we will need a payment intent ID (starts with pi) or a request ID (starts with req) to investigate the issue.
⛔️ Stripe developers have stepped away for a short while
Please leave your questions here, and we’ll respond as soon as we're back! If you need help urgently, you can contact Stripe support for help.
hi there, taking over from my colleague. give me a moment to catch up
@worldly venture I have deleted your previous screenshot because it contained your secret keys. This is a public channel that's accessible by everyone, please do not share your keys here to keep your account secure
As mentioned by @raven ridge earlier, the screenshots of the platform you're sharing is asking for your Google Map API key, not your Stripe API key. My team is only able to help with questions related to Stripe products or integration. But it looks like you are using a third-party service and we can't help with that
I am facing this problem since a long time and how can I get rid of this error?
I am getting this error that I am not able to access the credit card option through stop.
I am not sure because it depends on the platform you are using the process the payment. The screenshots you've shared does not belong to Stripe
if you have a Stripe payment ID that looks like pi_xxxxx , I would be able to help.
Why is the credit card option not coming through stop. Why is this error coming?
I am not able to troubleshoot without the information our team has requested from you, like a payment ID to be used as an example
(Status 400) (Request req_gj9o0Swlvp39GZ) This account isn't enabled to make cross border transactions. You can enable your account at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/update
