It looks like you're on a different pricing structure with fees separated from payments. You'll need to do some manual reconciliation for this and you should reach out to your Stripe contact for guidance.

thanks for your answer. When doing the export, the reconciliation is done so it's weird that it can't be done by api. thanks anyway
