So... bad timing. The is an error in our pipe line preventing some services from building.
Should I open another help later?

Hmm yeah that's not great. If you are seeing it in ECE and not seeing it in Payment Element then that's really hard for us to debug without being able to reproduce.
So yeah, if you can pop back in when you have a site we can visit to repro that would likely be best.
