Hmm that account is still connected to your platform, so the "has been removed from" doesn't align here
I see that it was connected at the end of July, does that align with your expectations?
I don't see any disconnections from your platform for that account
For context, this banner should show if you disconnected from the account (perhaps unintentionally), or the account disconnected from their settings. But that does not seem to be the case here. If you have other examples we can take a look.
