The error implies there is not route at your localhost:8000 endpoint to forward the events to
stripe doc suggest this
stripe listen --forward-to localhost:4242/webhook
so i need create one endpoint ?
or it sync all event data ?
Is your Django application running locally? What port is it on?

Do you have a POST route handler at the index/root of the application?
Then that likely explains the issue
