Hi! This channel is only for developer assistance. You can still use the support page to create a ticket even if you don't have an account. You can inform the assistant that you wish to send an email and it can provide you with the relevant assistance.
I'm looking at the support page, How do I send an email?
You can click on the assistant chat and provide your issue. It will eventually lead you to the email.

Thank you Sam. I was able to contact Stripe from their website. I talked to Stripe on the phone. Very helpful. They sent me email info too, and said they would help the vendor with his account.
