Interesting. I just created the bank account token so it shouldn't be attached to anything yet.

it's not so much about it being attached to anything, it's that the token does not exist on the account that you're performing that request on

Ah, I see. I think I may have been in a Sandbox and Plaid requires the legacy Test Mode. I'll double check to see if that fixes the issue
