hi! can you explain what you mean by "the Standard, Express models are too lengthy"?

#

do you mean onboarding is taking too long?

#

for potential customers, yes it is. And asking for a ton of information per verification process

#

Stripe has three Connect tiers, Standard (free), Express (paid), and Custom (paid). AND three Onboarding tiers, on top of that: Stripe-hosted, Embedded, or API.

unfortunately there isn't a lot you can do from a technical perspective to reduce the onboarding complexity

#

per our API docs on account onboarding links, there are two things you can change to customize the onboarding process:
collection_options.fields and collection_options.future_requirements. however both of these default to values that shorten the onboarding process as much as possible

A sales rep named, Reah Montederamos (rmontederamos@sales.stripe.com) said: "
The Stripe support team can help you arrange time with an implementation specialist who can guide you through setting up your sandboxes correctly and ensuring your user signup flow works as expected."

how can we arrange time with an "implementation specialist"?
