hello! I'm a little curious as to why you want to use the Balance Transaction API for this? We have Itemized Payout reconcillation reports that seems to also meet your needs : https://docs.stripe.com/reports/report-types/payout-reconciliation
Also, which report are you referring to when you mention daily payout transaction summary report - can you share the screenshot?
if you're looking for the Balance Transactions for a specific payout : https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/list#balance_transaction_list-payout - you can list the Balance Transactions by Payout

Have tried running

but it seems to return all balance transaction but reserved fund releases (even though these are present in the dashboard report)
