what kind of dashboard access do these connected accounts have?

our clients do not have acces to their connected account dashboard.

what is the error you are getting when you try to remove the capability by API?
and what are you seeing in the dashboard

I can access them though and there is no button or any flow to close the financial account in dashboard, and when trying to over api I get errors regarding activity and forwarding information. Also when trying to disable the treasury feature on the connected account I get the error about fifth thirds.

I believe I tried that in the script with no success. Is there a way to do it int he dashboard?

When I try to close the FA we get the 75 day no activity error.

Do you not see this capability in the dashboard? Is it not existant in the list or is the remove button greyed out?
Also what is your platforms account_id and the connected accounts account_id
