Displaying wallets requires using a domain (not localhost) and registering that domain. You also need to be on a compatible device & browser with a card set up for use.

Does Link require a separate configuration? Or same procedure as google pay and apple pay

Same payment method domain registration -- though Link has more configuration options itself for where/how it's surfaced
