Hi! Do you have a test site I can look at where Link is not appearing?

unfortunately, I don't think we're allowed to give out our staging site 🙁 Are there things I need to check?
I asked this because Link is showing up for the prod sites of one of our clients but we can't replicate it in staging

I see that Link is enabled so theoretically it should be enabled. But we will need to see the website to be able to investigate why Link is not showing up.

Thank you, ill keep testing at the moment and ask my managers whether Im allowed to. Would there be a way to do it directly instead of the message being available for everyone to see?
