hello! for this you would probably want 2 products with 1 price each - one product for the annual subscription with an annual price, and a second product for each seat with a monthly price.
it's also worth nothing that historically you would have needed to create two subscriptions for this, but now if you use the new flexible billing mode you can have all of these prices added to the same subscription:
