Hi there. Likely I won't be able to assist because this happens in the dashboard and we don't know much about those kinds of things here. If you can provide a very detailed and exact description of exactly what you're doing and what is happening, I'm happy to have a look.

I have tried contacting stripe on that page and they haven’t done a single thing to help me this is ridiculous. I tried calling the phone number, that doesn’t work. I tried finding an email, they don’t answer. Then I tried this and I still can’t get help.
As I mentioned, if you can provide a really crispy and exact description of what is happening with a lot of detail, I am happy to have a quick look, but the developer dashboard isn't our area of expertise here in this server.
There’s not really much more explaining I can do but I will try my best. I previously created a secret live key for my app but I then deleted it and made a new one. And now every time I make a new one and I try to copy is so I can put it in my website, it gives me the old one even though I deleted it and can’t even use it anymore
So you're saying that on your dashboard url something like https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_123ABC/apikeys next to the Secret Key you see sk_live_ABC but when you click to copy and then you paste it, you get sk_live_123?
No it just doesn’t even show the right one from the start. Like the key that it tells me to copy is one that I deleted like an hour ago. But then when I go and look at the api keys that I’ve generated it says the first couple letters of the one that I was supposed to be able to copy, but I can’t copy it because it only lets you copy it once
It’s very hard to explain but it’s really annoying I’m about to be done building my website and it just won’t give me the ability to copy the right api key
Strange. I can't help you directly, but here is what you should do:
Take a screen recording that clearly illustrates what is happening already. Reply to the support thread, supply the recording (if applicable) and a link to this thread. Tell support that you spoke to our developer on discord and they said that our dashboard product team would likely need to look into it.
That should help get you to someone who can actually help.
So how do I get to someone that can help me
Follow the advice above. You said you already created a support ticket, correct?

what do you mean by that?
I’ll send a pic of where I went hold on
And then they sent me a generic email saying they’d get back to me but have done nothing to actually help
I think what you need is this:
We wish we could help, but you need to talk to Stripe support
We can only help on Discord if all of the following are true:
- 🧑‍💻 You must be a developer
- 🛠️ Your question must be about building a Stripe integration
- ⚙️ Your question must be technical/developer focused
- ⏱️ You must be available to respond in realtime
- 👥 You must be comfortable receiving help in public (this is a public server)
If any of those aren't true please contact Stripe support.
