hi there, you can reach out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true to request having your account set to a specific API version
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
Just to clarify is it possible to update to a specific apiVersion e.g. 2023-10-16?
not on your side, but our support team can set your account to a specific API version if necessary
Ahh yes that would be perfect! Should I reach out via the AI Stripe Assistant?
no, you should click the link that I shared earlier
I click the contact support option on the right and nothing happens where can I request this?
ah my apologies, I forgot that we added that sidebar. you can put in "open a ticket to set api version of account" and it should get you into a flow where you can reach out to support
There isn't an option to open a ticket here?
if you type "I want to open a ticket to set the api version of my account" into the AI Assistant, you should get a Contact An Agent box that will let you file a support ticket
Okay perfect also on the same point for another stripe account I have can I ask for the apiVersion to be reverted from 2025 to 2023-10-16 for the same reasons?
I just want to be sure that this is a possibility from your side
yes, you can file that request as well
