hi there!
hello there
are you saying a smiliar request is working on your main account, but not in your new sandbox account?
we haven't tried in main account, first we have to conform in sandbox that's the process
i can share acct id's , can you check
any idea?
Hey taking over for @haughty socket , going to look into this for you, give me a few minutes!
yeah sure
Can you try making the same request without the beta header?
sure
Without those additional headers, I’m able to get the onboarding URL as a response. But the issue is that Stripe set our account with beta support since we’re using the buy-rate rev share model, and that’s why we need those headers.
for our another platform account eveything is working fine
Got it! Since unified accounts is now out of beta, that header should no longer be required. If you worked with someone specific to set that up, you can contact them to remove that configuration which should resolve this issue
let me check that, and get back to you
as you can see this how we create the unified account
when i remove that unified_accounts_beta=v1 i could not able to add those extra params
we need those for buy rate rev share model
Got it. In this case you'll need to get in touch with your contact who help set this up for guidance, because it's not a default configuration that we can help with here
