it looks like this account is being created in the United Arab Emerates - I know that we are more strict about acount types created there but I am not super familiar with it off the top of my head so I'm currently doing some research.

i think you're running into this specific error currently.

controller.stripe_dashboard.type = express isn’t compatible with any of the following values:

controller.losses.payments = stripe
controller.fees.payer = account
controller.requirement_collection = application
stripe is the default value for controller.losses.payments so you need to specify something else
