This server is focused on developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs. We're not very familiar with that features the Dashboard does and does not support.
You are using the Custom field option, correct? https://docs.stripe.com/payment-links/customize#add-custom-fields

yes. I added 2 custom fields and would like one to be pre-filled when the customer gets to the page with the song that they are requesting. If there is another way to do this, I'd be open to it as well... I just thought this would be very straightforward, but when I try to set URL Parameters, I cannot select the custom field. It is simply not an option.

You can supply custom text instead of a custom field. ... at least you can if you use the API

I've not worked with the API yet, but I expect I can figure it out...
