To clarify, your main question is if you can create your own payments, etc. on your Stripe account but also use it for Stripe Apps for other Stripe users to install the app correct?

Off the top of my head I don't see any limitations but you should test it thoroughly based on your use case.

We have only one business. So we have only one account.

You can create a test Stripe account and install your Stripe App. This will help you test various use cases to see how it would be when other users install your app while you are also creating charges on your main account.

You will not be able to migrate it. But you can publish it on your new account instead

Basically, you would have to contact Stripe if you need to remove your app from the Stripe App Marketplace.
