so you expected to see blik and p24 in the Payment Element, but didn't?
you set capture_method: "manual", but blik and p24 don't support this.

so you would need to remove capture_method: manual entirely, or only use it for card PaymentMethod with this: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-payment_method_options-card-capture_method
