Hi, there’s a customer who, one month after a refund, is claiming that the money has still not arrived. However, our dashboard shows that everything was refunded correctly. This customer is probably attempting extortion, since they had a so-called banking consultant call us at 8 p.m., but just to be sure, I’d like you to confirm whether, on your side, everything went through successfully.
