Hi, is there any API to get a Payment Intent ID from a Charge ID in bulk?
No
You need to make the API requests one-by-one. There may be some reports that would have that information but we don't know a bunch about reports here

gotcha - would you know if I were to use the Reports API, what would happen if i wanted to get a Payout Reconciliation report with a manual payout? (reconciliation_status on a payout object set to not_applicable)
