You should be able to use 4000003560000263 Simulates a cardholder canceling a mandate of any amount.

There's not a way to cancel an existing one you created via another card though

oh well that one specifically ive used to return a synchronous error: india_recurring_payment_mandate_canceled. But let me see if it sends a mandate.updated webhook as well. thats a good call 1 min
