is Klarna available as a PM for you?
I mean have you activated it in your dashboard?

It is activated on dashboard, yes. One of my coworkers said that he've seen it as payment method inside "payment element", but only once

But overall, is it possible to display a Klarna as payment method in Express Checkout without adding client secret to the config of elements()?

So most likely, I'm simply not eligible to use Klarna, therefore stripe SDK doesn't show it to me
