Gotcha, thank you. Know it has to meet local regulations to be allowed. Am I correct that if we add the invoice line item to cover the Serivce fee, the service fee is also charged on that fee. correct?

I can't speak to fees but the fee should be calculated on the total amount on the invoice yes.
