Hmm that is a test mode Event for what looks to be a canceled Subscription.

Hard to say since that Event was from 2 months ago so has since been deleted...
The Subscription is not retained either due to test mode retention: https://support.stripe.com/questions/test-mode-subscription-data-retention

Ah though that is likely why
I forgot that this also results in the Subscriptions being canceled in test mode after 90 days
Which yep the timing lines up with when the Subscription was created
As it was created from a Checkout Session on 3/14
So yep that is why

So we can only test upto 3 months of subscription on test mode?

You can use test clocks to test longer durations.
Or you can mark them as exempt
