Hi there ๐ it looks like that fee was introduced in March of this year. I'm not too familiar with the fee beyond that, or what it is for. I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team, who is more knowledgable on fees than my teammates and I are, if you need more information about the fee:
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say that you:
could see only the
dispute feeand not thedispute counter feein the balance transactions.
I'm not sure I'm grasping what you're sharing there.
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
What I meant is - this event charge.dispute.updated is raised when the dispute was created and balance_transactions in this event only dispute fees is present and not dispute counter fees. So, I wanted to know in which event, the dispute counter fee be present
It's possible you may have not been charged this fee yet, I'm not sure what leads to it being charged. I think I'd suggest first understanding the fee better by talking to our Support team.
But if you want to dive into what you're referring to in the Events, then please share the ID of an Event that I could take a look at to see what you're referring to, and where in that event you see a dispute fee mentioned.
