if you are using a mobile app, you should use ephemeral key to display the customer's payment method.

ephemeral key are only used for our mobile integrations. if you use the Payment Element on the web, then you would need to use a Customer Session.

I see, thank you! And with the ephemral key, I will be able to display to payment methods even if allow_redisplay is unspecified for the payment methods?
