๐ happy to help
yes we offer free trials
Ohh that's awesome!
So I just need to add a trial_end field to the following code?
const subscription = await stripe.subscriptions.create({
customer: customerId,
items: [{ price: product.default_price }],
payment_behavior: 'default_incomplete',
payment_settings: { save_default_payment_method: 'on_subscription' },
expand: ['latest_invoice.payment_intent'],
});
Like:
const subscription = await stripe.subscriptions.create({
customer: customerId,
items: [{ price: product.default_price }],
payment_behavior: 'default_incomplete',
payment_settings: { save_default_payment_method: 'on_subscription' },
expand: ['latest_invoice.payment_intent'],
trial_end: Math.floor(Date.now() / 1000) + (60 * 60 * 24 * 7), // 7 days trial
});
you can use trial_period_days if you prefer
