Usually this just means they have to do something in the UI to complete the payment, like a captcha, or 3DS and such. There's nothing for you specific to do on the PaymentIntent, it's all owned by Checkout
yeah checking that PaymentIntent, they have to complete the captcha, and that's likely their problem I assume since you said they had "an error"
