๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Hi ๐ this is Dan from your Support Case, I was looking through logs to try and find a matching example for the same report type from from before the issue presented it self that demonstrates the normal behavior.
i dont have the number but in aguest 3rd i made 2 request and didnt get any issues
I'll try and pull one up.
i looked at my logs it should have happened around: 2025-08-03T11:41:01.2356075Z
utc
Ok, found it, https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_uq0WZgcE8ZOMcX
any idea why the reports now are taking few hour?
Not entirely, sure, I tried to see if there were any of reports related to a incident but haven't seen anything.
Was also trying to dig up an SLA to see what the expectation is here, I know sometimes these things can have a certain amount of variability depending on how busy things are.
I did a test report run for a day wide window and it also took a fair bit more than 10 minutes, so I was able to recreate it to some degree.
maybe some priorty issue with the quque? because if i run the same thing from the dashboard i get the report in a few seconds

Just recapping as I think I'll need to inquire with my team to see if anyone has any insight as to the expected time frame. This does seem a like a quite dramatic increase
great please let me know if there is any progress
