hello! can you share an example payment method ID you're trying to export?

#

generally speaking our team who manages the discord aren't experts on data migrations but i can see if i can take a quick look at least

Thank you very much, I appreciate the help

I sharing the response using api directly

#

The customers I intend to migrate have payment methods that start with the pm_ format.
However, in the documentation, I’ve noticed that the card_ format is used instead, which is concerning.
I’m worried that, during the migration process, payment methods starting with the pm_ format may not be taken into account.

have you tried contacting our support team using the link in the support page you referenced yet? the short version is that payment method IDs are a generic object that contain data for multiple different types of payment methods, including cards

#

the card IDs you see in the docs are just IDs specific to card type payment methods

#

but yeah, as i mentioned before i would probably just contact our support team via the link in that first help page and discuss any questions or concerns you have with them

Not yet, I still had some doubts.
However, our security team has already initiated contact regarding the migration, doubts arose upon reviewing the CSV file and its format

so In the migration, do you filter specifically for card-type payment methods, or will we need to register them using the following endpoint?
https://docs.stripe.com/api/cards/create

#

ok, thanks

#

i ll do it
