Hey there

#

Short version: you can't

#

Because extension now prohibit loading remote code, and Stripe.js requires loading remote code, these are now incompatible.

#

Instead, you should use the extension to link customers to a hosted page you control for taking payment.

#

Since this was shared, we did create Payment Links, though.

#

You can explore using your backend to create a Payment Link to render in your extension. It gives you a basic non-authenticated URL you can direct your customer to for payment collection.

Ok so in chrome extension it is not possible, I was thinking as stripe provides for mobile and web, now a days extension is also an important thing and stripe might have considered to provide someway to take payments.

#

for making payment going outside of extension, is not good idea
