Do you have a live example/URL I can look at? This one can be tricky on Windows which I thiiiiink you use from the screenshot

Can you try with a simpler example possibly where you can make things easier to notice like setting everything red?
Like I open the dropdown but I don't really get what I should see to know if it works/doesn't work

Correct, if I put the labels white, then the drop down items are not visible

But do I have to use Dark mode to see what you are talking about? Sorry I know this might seem obvious to you as you've been deep in it for a while. But I'm just taking this right now and have no context on all you tried to do

Yes only happens on dark mode with Stripe night theme, to be honest on light theme I dont need to edit the dropdown background because I keep the labels black, but I imagine I cannot edit the background either.

I just need to edit the country dropdown background to something besides white

Gotcha. I feel like this doesn't even work on OSX 😓 I think they don't let you change the style of the system dropdown

I recommend reaching out to support and sharing a really simple reproduction on jsfiddle so that we can investigate further. I know we used to have a problem with dropdown styling on Windows and I wonder if we only partially fixed it
