Desktop, can't easily get it on my phone
Can you inspect the .Dropdown HTML element and share the classes applied there?
I suspect that top rule isn't being applied for some reason

Yeah, I can see element with that class, but the element also has .Dropdown--mobile class which cancels a border
Try going into responsive mode in browser, select a mobile device and reload the page
