Okay, thank you so much! I contacted support before, but they couldn't help. I'm glad I found the answer here; I thought some bugs had occurred on our end 😭

Nope, just that we delete them after 90 days. Subscriptions are complex and use a decent amount of computing and storage resources so they are kind of expensive to keep around.
