Hi, if you and I can't reproduce the issue, it if going to be challenging to debug this. Are you able to provide us with if they see any error? What happens exactly compared to what you expect to see? Are there any logs in the developer console?

Can you share an exact steps for me to try to repro?

click the + icon in any of the tickets to add it to the card and click in "continue to checkout"

fill the fields with whatever and click in "continue"

see if the checkout page looks correct or if the payment fields are missing

I'm unable to reproduce this on my end. Do they have extensions that maybe be impacting? Can you ask them to disable any extensions? What Safari version are they seeing this in?
