hello! Can you share a screenshot of that bank payments option that you're seeing through link in production? I just want to make sure we're both on the same page before I start offering any further advice

I think it might related to a passthrough mode for Link that someone turned on for us a long time ago, that must have only been applied to our development accounts. If that seems right to you, I can send an email to the ones who set that up for us

Yup that's Link's Instant Bank Payment: https://support.stripe.com/questions/instant-bank-payments it is automatically enabled for eligible merchants who has Link turned on. You can reach out to the person who setup Link for you to ask if the Instant Bank Payment can be turn off. The Dashboard does not have a setting to turn it off
we are wanting to turn it on in our test account to validate a fix that's preventing the instant payment payments from working correctly
Is there a plan to add an option for toggling that to the dashboard?
Not as of now. Link Instant Bank Payment isn't a payment method that can be toggled on/off specifically, it is built into Link and will get enabled if Link if turned on and if the transaction is eligible: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/instant-bank-payments#eligibility
okay, thanks, I'll send them an email. Feedback though, it's not going to automatically work for people who are up to now only supporting cards, due to the lack of passing checks. Turning it on automatically without a way to turn it off is costing us subscribers
